Administrator
Based in Livingston
£23,660 per annum (Pro-Rata)
- 22.5 hours per week (Mon Fri : 8:30am 1pm)
- Immediate Start
- Fully office based
Key responsibilities:
- Collating information and documents with regards to building warrants and completion certificates
- Keeping the drawing system up to date along with managing the distribution of this information
- Liaising with colleagues to discuss discrepancies and accurately update information
- Maintaining team spreadsheets and ensuring that information is kept up to date
- Chasing completion certificates
- General ad hoc administration
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse information
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Desirable but not necessary:
- Experience within the Construction sector
