Administrator

Based in Livingston

£23,660 per annum (Pro-Rata)

  • 22.5 hours per week (Mon Fri : 8:30am 1pm)
  • Immediate Start
  • Fully office based

Key responsibilities:

  • Collating information and documents with regards to building warrants and completion certificates
  • Keeping the drawing system up to date along with managing the distribution of this information
  • Liaising with colleagues to discuss discrepancies and accurately update information
  • Maintaining team spreadsheets and ensuring that information is kept up to date
  • Chasing completion certificates
  • General ad hoc administration

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working as an Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse information
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

Desirable but not necessary:

  • Experience within the Construction sector
