Criteria Essential:
Education

Good general level of education, GCSE or equivalent in English, Good I.

T skills, NHS experience of experience in customer service environment, Attention to detail, Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, excellent keyboard skills, ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines, Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, able to work without supervision, willingness to attend further training as required, flexibility in approach to work and the changing needs of the service.
