Description
Effective management of sales leads- Liaise with Ops Team to handle all booking aspects, including accommodation, transportation and activities. (Processing cancellations and amendments)
- Arrange and deliver top quality and complex itineraries to Japan
- Crossselling & upselling of all Japan Experience services and products
- Ensure client expectations are met, providing expert advice
- Excellent knowledge of the product offering available in the Japan Experience catalogue
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Japan (prefectures, infrastructure, attractions)
- Awareness of Japanese culture and society
- Must have travelled to Japan
