We are currently working with a property development company.

They are a leading niche business who are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative to join their small team on a full time and permanent basis.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls to and from potential residents
  • Meet potential customers on development sites
  • Meet and greet with customers
  • Serve customers by meeting their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Person Specification:

  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Relationship management skills
You need a full driving license as you will need to drive to the development sites.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
