Metro Mechanical is expanding, and we are looking to recruit an additional
Administration Assistant to work in our
Remedials Team based at our Gravesend HQ.


We will offer training, development, and opportunity to the successful individual and in return ask for a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to develop, along with good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

The role will involve administration and supporting the department with day-to-day requests from our high-profile Nationwide Customers.

You will be checking and updating client portals and keeping clients informed on the progress of jobs, updating job requests, and assisting with scheduling work and liaising with engineers along with ordering materials and plant, answering the telephone and general administrative tasks.

This is a busy team so the ability to communicate well and work under pressure is essential.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week.
