Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform a whole range of scheduled maintenance tasks combining calibrations and inspections on all items of mechanical process equipment
• Perform repairs on faults and breakdowns in a safe, orderly, and timely manner
• Assist with Instrument - Calibrations of all instrument types, loop tests, alarm tests, etc.
• Monitor service and maintain all utilities and services from a mechanical perspective
• Perform all regulatory and statutory system tests including fire and sprinkler systems as required
• Make prompt and effective unscheduled repairs and fault diagnosis in line with production demands
• Attend all relevant training and study sessions as required
• Perform isolations and carry out work in accordance with PTW system
• Participate in interdepartmental activities related to the Maintenance Department

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing maintenance tasks on mechanical process equipment
• Knowledge of calibrations and inspections procedures
• Ability to perform repairs in a safe and timely manner
• Understanding of regulatory and statutory system tests
• Proficient in fault diagnosis and repairs
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and study programs
• Familiarity with PTW system and isolation procedures
