- Perform a whole range of scheduled maintenance tasks combining calibrations and inspections on all items of mechanical process equipment
- Perform repairs on faults and breakdowns in a safe, orderly, and timely manner
- Assist with Instrument - Calibrations of all instrument types, loop tests, alarm tests, etc.
- Monitor service and maintain all utilities and services from a mechanical perspective
- Perform all regulatory and statutory system tests including fire and sprinkler systems as required
- Make prompt and effective unscheduled repairs and fault diagnosis in line with production demands
- Attend all relevant training and study sessions as required
- Perform isolations and carry out work in accordance with PTW system
- Participate in interdepartmental activities related to the Maintenance Department
- Experience in performing maintenance tasks on mechanical process equipment
- Knowledge of calibrations and inspections procedures
- Ability to perform repairs in a safe and timely manner
- Understanding of regulatory and statutory system tests
- Proficient in fault diagnosis and repairs
- Willingness to participate in training sessions and study programs
- Familiarity with PTW system and isolation procedures
