Express Recruitment are very excited to be working with a respected business who operate across the Midlands, who are looking to expand their team with the addition of an Employment Wellbeing Coach.

The successful individual will work to improve local communities and help people from an array of backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a relatable industry such as mental healthcare or recruitment, with a background in a similar advisory role or support service function also being considered, where caseloads are managed at an individual level.

Use a variety of techniques to influence participants perception of working and therefore achieve sustainable employment, including effective diagnosis, coaching and training on a one-to-one or group basis, action planning and health & wellbeing support
Deliver the service in varies locations, co-location sites and community venues, to ensure our services are accessible to all
Help participants identify barriers and achieve a better lifestyle

Excellent local knowledge of support services and employment opportunities
IAG qualification, counselling, coaching qualifications desirable
UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential
