We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join an established and innovative financial services company in Bristol.

This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a Digital Marketing oreCommerce background to play an important role in generating more leads and sales through driving traffic and boosting brand awareness
.

What you'll be doing

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will:

Report to the Head of Marketing and Performance
Oversee the Paid Media strategies across Paid Search and some Paid Social
Manage your own team to implement Paid Media strategies and be hands on where necessary
Show a strong analytical grounding to assess data and present performance reports to the business
Play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team to drive brand success

What experience you'll need to apply:

At least 5 years of experience managing a team
Inhouse experience is a must
Extensive experience working on Paid Media campaigns such as paid search, social, content networks, programmatic display and app.
Extremely datadriven and analytical in nature to understand performance and produce reports
