At YMCA Childcare Water Lane we are seeking a Deputy Room leader to join our wonderful friendly team working within our 2.This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to support our Room Leader, ensuring high quality inclusive childcare is continually provided.

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and their families?

Do you respect the need for outdoors and could work with the local community? We thrive to give children the opportunity to learn about growth and decay at the allotments.

We work closely with a local care home to support the well-being of both the residence and our children.
Do you have the ability to strongly lead a team, inspire children and provide engaging activities for a variety of ages?
Can you empathise with parents and ensure they are happy with the care provided?
Do you act with integrity through your practice which will provide the very best for our children and families?
Qualified with a relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification, or equivalent
Be motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times
Working days may change in the holidays.
