Description

A newly created role has arisen for a super confident and professional Executive Assistant / HR Administrator to support the CPO and HR Team of a dynamic and forward-thinking European Venture Capitalist Firm in the West End.

A busy and fast paced role, the role will be split 30% EA and 70% HR Administration.

Working as part of a collaborative EA team your remit will include:


  • Assisting with administration and scheduling support across a broad range of HR/People related projects and processes including new joiner onboarding, team changes, bene?ts, policies, performance reviews and comp reviews
  • Proactive diary management for Chief People including a high volume of requests and rescheduling, keeping up with frequently changing priorities and demands
  • Seamless coordination and execution of business travel planning, including complex and multidestination trips across Europe and the US
  • Assisting with maintenance of HR database and other tools/systems
  • Managing trackers and spreadsheets to monitor a number of HR related projects and processes and assisting with the creation of presentation slides and other HR documentation
  • Coordinating meeting brie?ngs, actions & follow ups ensuring all meetings are effectively staffed and prepared for
  • Assist your team by developing strong relationships with your contacts from each stakeholder group, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Support with people related project and event coordination
  • Submission of monthly expenses
  • Recruitment Coordination
  • Payroll Administration
