~ Monday to Friday 8.Evenings and weekends off
~4 days out on the road and 1 day office based
~ Sell to global leaders within the agricultural, commercial, construction .

Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by developing the team's sales skills
Building and promoting long-lasting customer relations
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to optimise sales
Providing daily/weekly reports of sales results and communicating customer feedback at team meetings
Previous experience in a similar sales lead / manager role
Proven experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
Current full driving licence
