Opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider in Hartlepool.

Salary between £28,000-£38,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be working with within a team of support engineers to deliver first class support to our client base.

You will be responsible for resolving issues and providing advice on environments via phone or face to face site visits.

A track record of proving 3rd line support to a high standard.
High level understanding of Networking, including switches configurations, Aruba, firewalls and security.
Experienced with MS365 and server integrations, configurations and maintenance.
Driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
