Description

Due to a huge number of recently secured contracts won, Connect 2U Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Operative/Team Leader to cover a number of our clients secured sites in and local to the Peterborough area.

You will be reporting to and working with one of the Contracts Managers and it will be your job to complete the jobs given, alongside a small team of one or two Garden Maintenance Operatives.

This is temp to perm position for the right person.

3 years+ Garden Maintenance experience needed for the Team Leader role. You will also need PA1/PA6 Spraying License in order to carry out chemical spraying duties, this is essential to the role.
Must be comfortable leading a small team and making sure the job gets done to a high standard. You will also need a driving License as you will be provided with a company vehicle.

Horticultural qualifications preferred.
