Description

This is a 12 month FTC which is likely to be extended and requires you to be in the Hammersmith office 4 days per week.

Supports the governance and monitoring of finance system compliance in accordance with company policies & standards as well as local statutory and SOX requirements.

Applies knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting principles to our systems and business processes.
Works with EMEA Process Leads to determine technical feasibility, priority and impact.

Performs enhancement testing and participates in major system release testing to ensure there is no impact to the integrity of the system's functionality or data.

Keeps abreast of technology and solutions for key finance processes and business analytics.
Project Management
Leads small-scale projects or relevant workstreams of a larger project.
Interacts with IT, other departments and subject matter experts to support implementations and enhancements.
Executes project activities to ensure project progress is on schedule.
Effectively communicates with management, stakeholders, subject matter experts and project team members.
Participates in training & development and provides end user training.
ability to develop presentations, communications and training
Deep Business System Analysis expertise
Experience of participating in the full range of testing activities (including but not limited to: functional testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing)
Business acumen, with deep expertise in the allocated domain(s) as well as strong skills in the technology that supports the domain(s), particularly ERP systems, primarily SAP
Preferred experience implementing business processes in SAP or another ERP
Proven strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
Preferred experience in statutory electronic invoicing projects, working with third parties to implement solutions
Good excel skills for data analysis
