Management Trainee - City Centre Birmingham, UK - FULL TIME

No Experience Required
For our Management Trainee role we are looking for ambitious individuals, who will learn the 4 pillars of entrepreneurship and start their career in business, sales, marketing, and management

Mastering the art of sales, interviewing, training, and management - what sets the foundation for a lifelong career. (Or any business)

All necessary product training for each client/campaign is provided, with ongoing mentorship and an open-door policy, an environment where even those with limited previous experience can build professional and personal skills that last a lifetime.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
A professional appearance and attitude
Leadership qualities and teamwork capabilities
The ability to multitask and make decisions
Experience working in a fastpaced environment
The ability to work unsupervised (selfmotivated)
Excellent time management
Previous customer service experiece beneficial, but not required

What the first 4 weeks as Managemetn Trainee will include:

Representing the world's largest brands at exhibitions and events
Presentations, face to face as part of a team
Engaging in conversation with existing and potential clients
Registering interested individuals for services and new products
Working towards highly targeted individual and team metrics

As this is an on sight role all applicants must be able to commute to City Centre, Birmingham

Salary:
£1,300.00-£1,600.00 per month
