    Payroll Transformation Manager

    c.£105,000 DOE

    Hybrid - (must be able to travel to one of the sites at least once a week)

    Glasgow / London / Manchester


    Brief:


    I'm working with a global leader in technology who are offering an amazing opportunity for a Payroll Transformation Specialist to set the direction and drive the business forward.

    You'll be responsible for generating and evolving your pipeline whilst owning and driving both internal and external relationships.


    Responsibilities:


    Specialise in payroll or wider HR implementations in either; Success Factors / SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle, or other Cloud solutions as a Project/Engagement Manager.

    Leading work-streams during engagements by managing relationships with the client and owning the delivery and sign-off of client deliverables.
    Taking the lead on business development activities and pursuing new client opportunities.
    Facilitate delivery of large HR programmes by assisting with developing the project team.


    Skills and Experience Required:
    Designing and delivering payroll transformation programmes with remit across the end solution.
    Delivering HR transformations through cloud technologies (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM Payroll, Workday, or Oracle)
    Delivering HCM functional designs including requirements gathering, gap analysis and process redesign.
    Delivery of HR Transformations building target operating models for complex organisations including service delivery, process re-engineering and organisation design.
