    Junior Residential Real Estate Investment Associate

    Tasks:

    • Assist in sourcing value-add residential opportunities across London with a target timeline of 6-12 months for potential sale.
    • Support project management efforts for value-add strategies, including refurbishments and lease condition improvements, under the guidance of senior team members and external third parties.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and participate in negotiations with potential buyers under supervision.
    • Contribute to expanding the UK network of relevant market participants on both the buy-side and sell-side, including agents, high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, developers, and architects.
    • Coordinate and participate in business meetings to introduce the CEO and discuss investment opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing decision papers, including basic investment calculations and economic feasibility studies.
    • Support market trend analysis and competitor research to inform investment strategy.

    Profile:

    • Experience in the London residential real estate sector.
    • Analytical abilities.
    • Some sourcing experience is desirable.
    • Strong willingness to learn with a proactive and committed approach to tasks.
    • Enthusiastic and adaptable with a desire to grow within the role and the company.
