JOB TITLE: Solicitor – Military Claims
EXPERIENCE: 5 + PQE
LOCATION: Lancashire
SALARY: up to c£50,000 DOE
•The individual in this role will be accountable for managing a caseload of military claims, both litigated and pre-litigated, as well as overseeing industrial disease claims as necessary.
•Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and prior experience managing intricate and high-value claims against the Ministry of Defence, as well as fast track/multi-track litigated cases involving Short Tail and Long Tail diseases, and other industrial disease cases.
•You will be able to handle a high workload, as well as understanding litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, regulations, and legislation concerning military claims.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
