Aber Bay has recently undergone a 7 million pound redevelopment programme over the last eighteen months and re opened in March of this year.

The new facilities include a new club house and indoor leisure facilities and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven park warden to join the team at Aber Bay Holiday Park.

The position includes accommodation and will involve a rota of on call duties during the evenings. Previous experience within a similar position is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided where required.

Allen's Caravans Estates Ltd have procedures in place and full comprehensive training will be provided, with a potential to progress within the company.

Please be aware that the role requires flexibility and includes weekend, Bank Holidays and School terms.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is a hands on team player, who wants to get involved in all aspects of a working Holiday Park.

Allen's Caravans Estates Ltd are constantly expanding and delivering luxury holiday parks of the future.

The site will offer new pitches for static caravans and luxury lodges. Currently we have 162 pitches which will increase over the next 12 months. All caravans/lodges are privately owned which creates a quiet and desirable place to relax from day-to-day life. From the top development there will be uninterrupted views across the Bay.

On a regular basis you can watch the seals and dolphins from the office window.

We are located in a quiet Bay near the seaside town of Aberystwyth, which offers an array of wine bars, restaurants and quaint shops.

Within an hour's drive from the park, you will reach the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and in the other direction the picturesque village of New Quay.

There are several attractions nearby for the whole of the family, from castles to farm shops.

We are offering an attractive package and bonus scheme dependant on sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining the Park's landscape to a very high standard, including all the grounds, hedges, verges, roads and SSS Land.
Siting, connection and snagging of all caravans
Day to day Park security which includes on call duties throughout the night
Ensure all equipment is clean and maintained to a high standard
Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and all paperwork completed
Qualities, Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and reliable
Be approachable and develop positive customer relations and deliver exceptional standards
A proven multitasker who is organised, efficient and productive as well as being accurate and having great attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative and research and solve problems
The ability to work as part of a team and liaise with the Park Manager.
Full UK driving licence is essential
