    Working Hours - 08:30 - 17:00, Mon-Fri
    AYG Care is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the health and social care sector. We are currently representing a prestigious domiciliary care provider seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their team permanently.

    As the Marketing Executive for our client, you will collaborate with the management team to elevate the brand presence of a renowned domiciliary care business in the local community.

    Drive growth and success through innovative marketing strategies.
    Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our client's domiciliary care business.

    • Identify and leverage advertising and promotional opportunities across various channels.
    • Create engaging marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with local media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
    • Coordinate feedback and PR events to engage stakeholders and the community.
    • Manage PR activities such as photoshoots, interviews, and press releases.
    • Maintain the business microsite and social media presence in alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal impact.
    • Cultivate partnerships within the health and care community to drive business growth.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives.
    • Familiarity with media and events management.
    • Excellent creative judgment and leadership abilities.
    • Proficient in computer literacy and administrative tasks.
    • Adherence to confidentiality and business policies.
    Valid driver's license, Class 1 business insurance, and current MOT for own vehicle use.
    Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.

    • Previous experience in budget management.
    • Previous Marketing/PR experience in the Health and Social Care industry
