- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills: written/grammar/spelling, verbal (formal and informal), listening and talking
- Experience with Microsoft tools, including the ability to schedule, track, report and follow-up using these tools
- Experience with Outlook calendaring is required
- Experience with SharePoint, preferred
- English language is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages such as German or Italian is desirable, but not essential.

Position Overview
The Team Assistant provides support in a variety of functions to the VPs and the EMEA Delivery Team. Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential tasks. It is a dynamic and multifaceted role designed to support the efficient operation of our Delivery VPs. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks including presentation preparation, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for VPs, preparing presentations for Monthly calls and serving as a gatekeeper for VP calendars. Part of this role is to support the Office Manager with office administration and general office duties.
An ideal candidate for this position is a resilient, detail-oriented and a problem-solver. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders in different time-zones. Position requires integrity, objectivity, promptness and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Projecting a positive, confident attitude, with strong customer service skills, will be essential to success.
