Our client is a building, construction and refurbishment company who have a wide range of clients, no client is too big or small and they are always consistent with their quality of work.

The Job:


Reporting into their Office Manager, this role will be a really busy and varied role working as a Temp to Perm Helpdesk / Customer Service Co-ordinator on an ongoing temporary basis.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing calls/jobs utilising helpdesk software.
  • Allocating work orders to directly employed labour team or approved contractors.
  • Liaising with engineers and tracking progress against KPIs/SLAs.
  • Reporting back to clients on job progress and updating job systems.
  • Planning, assigning, and monitoring PPMs.
  • Assisting other office staff with clerical duties as required
  • Any other tasks deemed

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment


Also required is:

  • Experience working within a similar helpdesk role or office environment or customer service essential.


  • Computer literate

  • Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to duties.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your time.

The Location:

Bedminster (with car parking) Bristol - 100% office based


The Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm


The Salary:

£11 per hour
