    SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER (F/H)Permanent – London or Bristol (UK) You are a Senior Business Manager?Permanent contract based at Bristol / Teleworking available (hybrid) Around 5 years of business development & management experience is desirable The salary package we be based on your profile and experience.


    What will be your role? Typical Tasks include:

    Business Management Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your team within the UK business,Ensuring that the UK business is compliant with both local law and internal procedures,Responsibility for the P&L of your business unit,Working closely with counterparts in other countries to leverage sales and recruitment opportunities.

    Business DevelopmentSales activity and client prospection,Responding to calls for tender,Negotiating commercial terms and conditions.

    RecruitmentOverall responsibility for the recruitment of new starters with the help of a dedicated recruiters and the recruitment teams of the wider group,Providing relocation assistance to new international arrivals from within the group.

    What will this experience bring you? Working closely with the VP Europe and with the full support of the group's back-office functions, you will have overall responsibility (including P&L) for the development and management of your Business Unit for the UK business.

    From day-to-day management of the existing small team of consultants to taking sole responsibility for the sales activity in the UK, with the goal of expanding and overseeing the entire country.

    It is a significant undertaking and varied role.
