    Summary:


    The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations and management of a later living development, ensuring the community is running smoothly and efficiently.

    you will be tasked with providing high-quality services and amenities for residents while maintaining a positive and enriching living environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall quality of the later living community.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resident relations.
    • Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
    • Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance and upgrades to improve the living experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
    • Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents through social events and activities.
    • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the development meets or exceeds revenue goals.
    • Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align goals and objectives with the overall company strategy.
    **Qualifications: 1.experience in Hospitality Management, or related field.

    • Proven experience in senior living management or property management.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities to manage complex operations.
    • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to later living communities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
    • Certification in senior living management or related fields is a plus.
    • Prior experience working with older adults or in the senior living industry is preferred.
