We're currently in search of an exceptional individual to join us as our Head of Matrimonial Department. In this role, you'll be at the helm of our matrimonial team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage our matrimonial team, offering guidance and support to our lawyers and support staff. Oversee all aspects of matrimonial cases, from initial consultations to courtroom representation, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism. Develop strategies to grow our department and enhance our client offerings, including business development and marketing efforts. Collaborate with senior management to set departmental goals and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with significant experience in matrimonial law. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Business acumen and a commitment to ethical conduct.
