    Are you looking for a new role working onsite in the water industry? Are you passionate and ready to make a positive change? If so, then read on

    I am looking for an experienced Site Electrical Engineer to work in the Blackwall area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

    • Role: Site Electrical Engineer
    • Location: Blackwall- London
    • Contract: Freelance
    • Rate: £450-£500 per day PAYE
    • When: ASAP

    Duties will include:

    • Ensuring that all relevant health and safety documents are correctly recorded
    • Checking that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out
    • Supervising work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work Instructions from the project manager
    • Recording the progress of works on record drawings or other suitable means when required
    • Recognising the health and safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensure safe working environments for all
    • Actively supporting the Site Manager to maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with Safety Policies
    • Recording all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree action with the person in charge of the works
    • Understanding of technical MEICA works
    • Control panels and control systems experience

    Skills Required:

    • Having a strong background of working within the water industry
    • CSCS qualified for managing safely
    • Must have wastewater experience
    • First Aid 3 day course
    • Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
    • Safe delivery of water projects to time, cost, and quality
    • Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility

    Skills Desirable:

    • Ambitious and dynamic personality
    • MEICA/Civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
    • Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
    • Someone with a commitment to Right first time
    • Ideally have 5 years water and MEICA experience
