    Job Description

    We're hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Finance recruitment across Publicis Groupe UK, for a period of nine months.

    You will have a deep knowledge of Finance recruitment, and come with an existing network of Finance talent at all levels.

    This role is responsible for the end to end delivery of all Finance hiring focusing on direct hiring and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience with us. You will partner with your stakeholders to understand the business priorities, and ensure we are attracting talent to meet the business needs.

    Specifically, you will:

  • Own end to end recruitment for all Finance roles at junior to senior levels
  • Become an ambassador for Publicis Groupe UK, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about the Groupe, work and culture to candidates
  • Create sourcing strategies to fill open roles
  • Begin to build talent pipelines through your own sourcing and interview processes, and ensure there is a systemised approach to your talent pools
  • Qualifications

    Skills we're after:

  • Depth of finance recruitment experience from entry level to senior hires
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to ensure we have access to the best talent and are able to hire quickly, and cost effectively
  • Work with senior team members to problem solve, providing a solution to challenges we may come up against in the hiring process
  • Hold a detailed knowledge of open, pending and filled vacancies by keeping our ATS up to date, and accurate, with candidate and vacancy information
  • Begin to build a comprehensive knowledge of where the best talent in market could be found
  • Build positive working relationships with your hiring managers, as well as building relationships across the wider TA team and with our third party vendors
  • Be collaborative and flexible in your approach, adapting your approach and communication to meet the needs of your audience
  • Ensure all your communications/interactions are clear, concise and action orientated. Be proactive when communicating with your stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships internally with key people in all departments, and begin to understand how we can help them hire and gain an awareness of their individual needs
