Description

Our client, a têxtile designer and manufacturer, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience, you will be responsible for the full finance function and for building a larger finance team as the business continues to grow.

Assignment Details

Daily tasks would include, but not limited to:

Bank account reconciliations (using multiple currencies)
Posting purchase invoices
Reconciling customer accounts
Posting stock invoices and agreeing to PO's
Weekly reporting on debtors
Debt collection and credit control
Preparation of monthly expense claim to parent company
Preparation of VAT return
Month end reporting
Ad hoc finance tasks as may be required by from time to time.
Liaison between Management and Operational Departments

Skills Required:

An accounting/bookkeeping qualification an advantage but QBE will also be considered
Using a bespoke software package (training will be given) but knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word is required
Applicants must be highly motivated with good communication skills.
