International Bank based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their expanding Finance team.

You MUST be able to speak FLUENT MANDARIN.

The Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years and be open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulators. Experiences with dealing reports to the local regulators are preferred.

JOB Brief

Report to Head of Finance,To support the Head of Finance in day-to-day financial, liquidity and ALM control.

In addition to the responsibilities summarised above you are required to comply at all times with the Conduct Rules set out in the FCA Handbook and the PRA Rulebook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily Liquidity risk analysis and periodic Interest and FX rate risks analysis in Banking Book, calculate daily branch LCR and Head Office liquidity thresholds;
• Assist in monitoring assets and liabilities and ensure they are managed in an appropriated and effective manner;
• Responsible for preparation of all Finance related legally required reports/returns to PRA and BoE;
• Implementation and testing of an automated regulatory reporting system for PRA, BoE Statistical and prudential reporting;
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and payment Finance related ledger postings;
• Help Finance team for Finance related IT system testing and updates;
• Assist in creating and monitor financial plans and budgets;
• Assist the Finance team in monthly management information preparation, or other analysis of the business as required;
• Monitor regulatory policy, proposals and consultation papers related to Finance;
• Assist in developing Finance and Accounting policies where requested, implementation of systems as necessary, and help with the preparation and provision of financial statements and reports;
