Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a proactive Housing provider to recruit a Senior People Business Partner on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

As the Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive and Senior Leadership team to develop and execute people solutions focused on organisational development, culture, and employee engagement.

This is a key role to support the People Operations Lead in the development, implementation, and evaluation of People strategies and to lead HR training and development initiatives across your business area.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for creating client service plans for all HR issues as required including employee relations, retention, reward, and benefits.

You will be instrumental in creating and interpreting management information and presenting data to senior leaders.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to utilise your people business partnering skills to influence stakeholders, develop solutions, drive best practice, and provide comprehensive HR support to drive business objectives and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Significant experience operating in both a strategic and operational business partnering role including up to date working knowledge of current employment legislation, policies, and practices.
Experience of working for a large customer facing organisation.
Working independently, with high skill and integrity; taking a handson approach interfacing with team members, managers, and business leaders at all levels.
Ability to proactively identify people related opportunities that have positive environmental and operational impact and working with customers & partners to cocreate solutions.
Previous experience influencing senior relationships, setting your own priorities and plans, using 121 meetings to develop thought processes, critical thinking, and independence of action.
