We are working with a global luxury fashion brand who are looking for a highly skilled temporary Technical Design Manager.

As part of the Architecture team, the Technical Design Manager translates store design concepts into technical mock-ups, testing, and documentation. The Technical Design Manager is responsible for managing the physical prototyping and 2 D documentation of architectural details for construction, aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely production and delivery of design prototypes.
• Maintain up-to-date project tracking.
• Manage reviews, feedback, and approval of design elements.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
• Develop and maintain technical standards for store architecture
• Prepare project reports
• Manage the CAD library and material samples.
• Guide the design team through realistic design solutions.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Architectural qualification essential.
• Experience in architectural design required.
• Experience with producing high quality, luxury interior fit outs preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies essential.
• Advanced understanding of planning, scheduling, and programming tasks.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
• Highly organised and good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage vendors effectively.
