Head of Machine Learning - Manchester | Hybrid - £90,000 - £110,000 + Vested Stock
I've partnered with a Series C start-up in the AI realm. They specialise in Advertising and automation, helping to detect potential audiences and tailor direct adverts and products based on complex intra-algorithms, helping businesses to advances sales and revenues. With the advancements on Machine Learning and NLP / LLM Modelling in this area the business is looking to capitalise on this market and is now actively searching for a Head of Machine Learning to spearhead new advances in this technology within the industry.
On a weekly basis, you'll be meeting with internal stakeholders and clients alike, helping to align and redefine business strategy, creating crafted and bespoke products to meet a complex range of advertising and sales needs. As the Head of Machine Learning, you'll be imparting your skills on 3 developers in the ML area, with potential to bring over and cross-train an additional 2 from the business' core backend engineering team.
