    The Cloister UK is a luxury real estate and lifestyle company based in Prime Central London, specializing in the sale, rental, and acquisition of super-prime London property. With more than 20 years of experience advising high net worth clients, we offer a bespoke acquisition, sales and rental service. Our regular monitoring of UK property and global economic and financial movements ensures our clients receive the most up-to-date advice and information available. We work with ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, developers, property funds, fiduciaries, corporate institutions, and sovereign wealth funds.

    We are recruiting for a operations director to head up our sales partner department. You will be hiring experienced Sales agents throughout Prime Central London. The role will require you to hire and manage the partners and grow the department by recruiting a minimum number of partners over a 12 months period. This will be a very rewarding role as you will grow this part of the business with us and share in its success.

    Qualifications


    • Proven track record of successfully managing a property sales team and driving sales growth


    • Experience in the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on London property


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with your team.


    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail


    • Minimum 3 Years London real estate experience is required.

    We are offering a generous basic salary and a fantastic commission structure, with OTE in excess of 300k per annum.
