    Description

    World leader with a unique and patented high-tech technology for the beauty and aesthetics industry is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop the following areas the Southwest of Engand, excluding Cornwall (Oxford, Swindon, Bournemouth areas).

    You will target beauty and medical aesthetics professionals, meet potential clients, close deals, and you will able to offer leasing solutions.

    You will report to the UK Country Manager.

    ROLE of the Business Development Manager:

    • Qualifying prospective clients and booking appointments
    • Pursuing walk ins with potential clients if an opportunity arises
    • Organising demos on existing clients' sites to new potential clients
    • Presenting consumables and upselling when possible
    • Proposing training and ways to finance the product
    • Processing orders and liaising with the delivery company which is also in charge of setting up the product.
    • Keeping the CRM updated
    • Participating in conferences, seminars, and professional trade fairs

    PROFILE:

    • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in the beauty industry, or medical equipment as a Business Development Manager, a Territory manager, an Area Sales Manager, a Field Sales Manager
    • OR previous experience selling expensive devices (but not cars)
    • Experience in generating leads and reaching targets
    • Strong communication skills including objection handling
    • Excellent presentation
    • Strong interests in health and beauty, if health and beauty are not your background
    • Self-starter with outgoing personality
    • Must be living in the patch
    • Clean driving licence and carSALARY &

    • Between £48 to £50k/pa basic negotiable according to skills and experience + com (no threshold) uncapped + bonus
