If so, Moxie People is proud to be supporting a leading Housing Association in the Southwest, as they look to hire a People Advisor.

This is a great opportunity to join the People team, on a FTC until March 2025 (initially).


Location :
Hybrid & flexible working – must be able to reach offices within the Southwest region when necessary
Fixed term until March 2025 (initially)

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the People Advisor is responsible for providing a proactive and effective HR advisory service to colleagues across the organisation.

Offering proactive HR advisory services to colleagues and leaders, ensuring awareness of relevant policies and processes.
Assisting in HR projects and supporting People Hub operations as needed.

Previous experience working within a HR generalist position within a fast-paced environment
Previous experience of Housing related sector (desirable)
Experience with HR Information Systems (i.e., iTrent or Dynamics HR), SharePoint and Service Now (desirable)
