- Head of Finance - Permanent - Hybrid/West London - up to £58,000 Per Annum

Reed Finance are proud to be working alongside a national Women's Charity to support them in the recruitment of their new Head of Finance.

You will join the Senior Management team to assist the Director of Finance in providing strategic financial planningand oversight across the organisation.

You will lead on budgeting, financial management and reporting to provide effective financial management and planning to the Chief Executive, Directors, and Treasurers.

You will oversee the finance team and provide excellent business partnership and support staff across multiple sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and collaborative finance team to support the life changing work this organisation providesWomen and children across the country.

Experience Required

Financial Management
Be efficient in administrative systems
Have a proven ability to both motivate and be part of effective teams.
Excellent analytical and communication skills and have strong business acumen.
Be proactive and solutions focused
A relevant UK finance professional Qualification
(ACCA/CIMA or equivalent):
A good understanding of the environment in which charities operate.
Excellent Excel Skills and financial systems (such as QuickBooks, sage or similar)
