Senior Estimator - Required to join a large leading and award winning Civil engineering and tunnelling company based in Belfast.

The company are an international business, winning awards on major projects they have completed.

This company have been established for over 30 years with a £114 Million turnover and they deliver a high quality service in a range of areas including complex infrastructure projects.

Review project drawings, contracts, and specifications to understand scope, materials, and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to gather essential project information.
Attend monthly CVR meetings for feedback on current projects
Calculate and prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including cost breakdowns, schedules, and proposal documents for clients and subcontractors
Assess potential risks and contingencies in project estimates and bids
Experience in producing winning bids for projects ranging from £500k to £20m
Experience in Bid Strategy and Risk Costing.
Project Planning and Programming.
Proficiency in using construction estimating software
