Are you an accomplished Valuations Assistant Manager seeking a dynamic opportunity within a forward-thinking team? Our international client is seeking an experience Valuations professional to contribute to a variety of complex valuation projects including litigation, restructuring tax, and commercial, working with the likes of shareholders, private equity, banks, shareholders, board members and legal professionals

Key responsibilities:
Analyse and interpret financial statements and relevant financial data, providing insightful recommendations.
Conduct in-depth research on various industries, comparable companies, and transactions.
Develop financial models and analyses to support the valuation process.
Articulate valuation analyses and conclusions internally and to clients with clarity and conciseness.


Manage multiple projects concurrentlyRequirements:

2-4 years' experience within a professional services or consulting environment, with exposure to valuations being a key part of your role e.g.

a specialist valuations or financial modelling team, forensic accounting, equity researchKnowledge of best-practice valuation methodologiesExperience of financial modelling with excellent analytical and quantitative skillsTake a considered and logical approach to problem-solvingYou will be joining a strong, well-established, ambitious team with a clear plan for growth and therefore plenty of opportunities for progression and exposure.
