    Hours:
    Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Friday: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM

    As a pivotal figure in our manufacturing crew, you'll take charge of milling operations, guiding a team to meet production targets efficiently and effectively.

    Supervise and lead a team of milling machine operators to attain production objectives.
    Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
    Provide training to new team members on milling techniques and machine functions.
    Cultivate a positive workplace culture, fostering teamwork and enhancing productivity.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
