- Receiving and inputting survey and or retrofit instructions from varying client base
- Providing support to Surveyors by arranging day-today diaries and appointments
- General administration in dealing with incoming and outgoing faxes, fax-to-email, e-mail enquiries and telephone enquiries
- Provide support to regional office network
- Dealing with incoming phone enquiries from customers and making outgoing calls to customers
- You will have worked in a busy, fast paced office environment where there has been a need to be organised and constantly multi-tasking
- You will have worked in an office where teamwork has been required and communication with off-site staff has been regularly required.
- Ability to thrive and enjoy working in a high performing, customer centric environment
- You will have been in a role that has required constant customer interaction
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software and will also have had an aptitude to learn new systems
- You will have experience of taking and making calls to customers and also communicating with various stakeholders using fax, e-mail and letters.
- Preferably you will have a full drivers license with your own vehicle.
