    Job DescriptionHarvey, Donaldson and Gibson are one of Scotlands largest residential property surveying firms, helping thousands of customers annually by surveying and valuing their homes.Location- Glasgow City Centre OR Dundonald, Kilmarnock, KA2 9BE.Our booking support team play a critical role in ensuring that survey appointments are booked with our customers and to ensure that our surveyor diaries are structured efficiently. Constant contact with both customers and colleagues is required so candidates should be confident and helpful communicators.The candidate will have strong logistical skills and be able to prioritize their workload and the workload of the surveyor diaries they control.The Role:
    • Receiving and inputting survey and or retrofit instructions from varying client base
    • Providing support to Surveyors by arranging day-today diaries and appointments
    • General administration in dealing with incoming and outgoing faxes, fax-to-email, e-mail enquiries and telephone enquiries
    • Provide support to regional office network
    • Dealing with incoming phone enquiries from customers and making outgoing calls to customers
    Who we are looking for:
    • You will have worked in a busy, fast paced office environment where there has been a need to be organised and constantly multi-tasking
    • You will have worked in an office where teamwork has been required and communication with off-site staff has been regularly required.
    • Ability to thrive and enjoy working in a high performing, customer centric environment
    • You will have been in a role that has required constant customer interaction
    • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software and will also have had an aptitude to learn new systems
    • You will have experience of taking and making calls to customers and also communicating with various stakeholders using fax, e-mail and letters.
    • Preferably you will have a full drivers license with your own vehicle.
