We are currently recruiting for an AOG Export Operator to work as an integral part of the AOG Exports team at our site in Heathrow.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly experienced team and develop your skills in a secure and regulated environment.


Location:
London Heathrow

Shifts 4 on 4 off 07:00am - 19:00pm or Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

What you will be doing


The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and proactive export service to all customers, overseas partners and related service providers and to deliver all aspects of export operations with exceptional customer service.


  • Interact with UK customer & overseas offices to arrange export shipments.
  • Utilising ProCarS to produce Import documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Providing customs clearance instructions to the Import production team.
  • Job file invoicing and Cost control.
  • Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly both from external internal customers and suppliers. Support sales and CSM with customer visits if requested.
  • Previous experience in Exports, AOG/Time critical role desirable.
  • Team player
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English
- basic understanding of Geography

  • Minimum GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent)
