Description

Ensure cleaning standards at all sites comply with the Trust agreed 2021 NHS National Cleaning Standards. Manage all waste streams across multiple sites in partnership with the waste contractor to ensure statutory compliance.

The day to day management in conjunction with the accommodation officer, for services associated with accommodation including occupancy lists are up to date, preparing and checking appropriate documentation for tenants, ensuring deposits are taken, rents paid on time, properties maintained in good repair, short term tenancy agreements are abided by, prepare monthly report on accommodation matters.

Responsible for the operational management of the patient and staff catering service ensuring production is compliant with food hygiene standards and HACCP, timely supply of all meals and refreshments ensuring that any special nutritional requirements are met.

Ensure that all catering and food service environments are maintained to environmental health standards. Ensure periodic and routine schedules of works are efficiently undertaken across the facilities functions i.e. deep cleaning within domestic and catering services.
