Do you have experience working in a Quality Assurance position within the chemicals industry? Are you looking for a new challenge with a unique and innovative global business?

Our client are a global leader of ingredients for speciality products within a range of industries including pigments, fillers, cosmetics and personal care.

They pride themselves on high quality products and great customer service to solve problems and enhanceproducts for their clients. They are now looking to recruit a QA Technician to join their team in Leeds.

Responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks in relation to product and process quality assurance. Preparation and analysis of samples including thickness analysis using ICP-OES as well as Malvern Analysers. Maintenance and cleaning of equipment includingdaily checks. Ensuring the laboratory is upkept and stock and consumable levels are maintained.

To be considered for the role you will ideally hold a degree in Chemistry or related discipline as well as experience in a quality assurance environment, most ideally within the chemical, pigment or coatings industry.

You should have a keen eye for detail,an analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
