Do you have commercial experience working in the pharmaceutical industry? Are you looking for a new challenge with a unique and rapidly growing, global healthcare business?
Our client are a pharmaceutical specialist company who have expanded exponentially over the last few years. They pride themselves on producing industry leading pharmaceutical products and services in order to improve healthcare for people. They are now lookingto recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include growing sales opportunities for the business through strategy and planning of commercial activities. This will include both account management and business development.

You will look at competitor analysis and company performancein order to capitalise on gaps in the market and understand the best methods of increasing the company's sales.

You will also look to attend exhibitions and be a key focal point of the company at meetings. Furthermore, you will look to manage the junior teamand assist with their development.

This role is site-based in Bradford with travel included, potential home-based working may then be possible upon settling in to the company.


To be considered for the role you will have experience in a B2B sales, account management or business development position, as well as expertise in delivering client-focused requirements.

You will hold relevant academic qualifications in life science andhave worked within a pharmaceutical environment previously. You should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and be able to communicate effectively in this area. People management experience would also be beneficial.
