Description

Job Title:
Cleaner

Working within a small team in a private household and other Estate properties. Under direction of Housekeeper. 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning (heritage buildings and furnishings)
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Vacuum carpets and mop floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Adhere to health and safety regulations

Skills:

Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Note:
Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£8.00-£11.00 per hour
