Job Purpose
The role of
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us.

This is a crucial role for our growing business, and we require an experienced, driven, and tenacious specialist who has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

A self-starter with a positive attitude and a flexible outlook.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will support our Internal Managers and Directors in their recruiting needs.


We would love to welcome you to our
Crewe Head Office Campus
office or our Milton Keynes office**, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will include

  • Be responsible for shortlisting CVs for your business areas, influencing and educating our Hiring Managers on talent and the market landscape
  • Support with recruitment related projects to ensure the function in continuously improving our processes and procedures and engagement with the wider business

What do we expect of you?

  • An experienced recruiter from either an inhouse talent acquisition function or a recruitment agency environment. Ideally you will have supported core functional areas previously, such as Finance, Marketing, Credit or something similar
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues across the organisation
