Solid quantity surveying experience in a cost consulting environment within the UK
Significant experience in the private real estate sectors managing projects autonomously across the full project cycle
Ability to network with solid business development skills and an interest in generating new work
Passionate about sustainability within construction and wanting to work with like-minded people who are helping to action change
Working in our central Birmingham office with a team of circa 40 mixed professionals (PM/QS/CDM)
You will be managing an array of cost consulting projects across the commercial, residential, higher education and mixed-use sectors
Delivering schemes across the full project cycle including cost planning through to post-contract and construction stages, seeing projects through from start to finish

With offices across the UK and North America, there is an exciting chance for someone to join a small, local team whilst working on a global level.
