Manufacturing Maintenance Manager Manufacturing Engineering Manager (a full specification is available on request): Reporting to the General Manager you will take the lead for all site relatedMaintenanceactivities, ensuring the appropriate co-ordination of resource with theultimate aim of delivering against all planned preventative maintenance to plan anda suitable and timely response service towards any unplanned downtime.

The candidate:
A relevant 3 level qualification in an engineering discipline or be qualified byexperiencein a similar engineering management role.

Previous experience of managing maintenance team Possess a proven ability to build, mentor, motivate and lead teams through periods of technological and cultural change.

Have a detailed engineering knowledge of modern continuous, food or related production processes. Good working knowledge of associated disciplines including Project Management, Health and Safety and Food safety. Familiar with modern maintenance and manufacturing methodologies. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Robust and flexible approach Advanced IT literacy.

Operationally focussed on delivering results Third level degree in an engineering related field Qualified to a higher educational standard or equivalent.

Previous management experience within a Factory environment.
