Supply Chain Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with SCM leaders to support/understand business strategy, outcomes and KPIs.
Experience of the broader SCM portfolio, business processes and enabling technologies. Processes include; Demand Planning and forecasting models, procurement, production planning (e.g. MRP), inventory optimization and logistics/distribution.
Support the Supply Chain Strategy by delivering solutions for Industry 4.0, IoT, Logistics Control Tower and enabling a resilient Supply Chain using digital solutions.
Collaborate on the development of business cases for future IT programs supporting the SCM Strategy
Monitor emerging technology and assesses digital supply chain solutions; work and collaborate with Global IT Business Partners such as Quality, R&D, Manufacturing and Commercial to identify and deploy new technology to improve business processes.

Experience:

Trackrecord working in large and/or complex IT programs ideally within the medical device SCM domain (pharmaceutical/FMCH etc).
Experience defining and implementing SCM digital roadmaps. Experience analysing supply chain processes.
Experience in a management or supervisory position
Experience running agile system implementation
Consultative and continuous improvement focused
Previous experience in the delivery and support of IT project management, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead successful implementation of IT systems
Ability to develop and report metrics and KPIs
Ability to present complex data and analyses to management
Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
Expertise and ability to interview and accurately interpret communication requirements
Experience in producing software documentation and business requirement documentation experience with Software Development Life Cycle Management and CFR 21 Part 11 compliance
