- Provide first line management to the subordinate staff allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.
- Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.
- Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.
- Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.
- A Degree in life science or equivalent.
- Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales leadership role.
- Leadership qualities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation skills.
